her name is autumn.
she brews comfort like a spell,
wraps the wind in wool and cinnamon.

her skin tastes like honey.
when she sighs softly,
you hear the rustle
of falling leaves.

cats love her house
little lights, warm fire,
the kettle’s soft whistle,
jazz humming low.
